Emotional attunement
What is it like to be you? Do you feel heard, seen, understood? Do you always know what you like and what you need? Are you fully aware of your own thoughts and feelings?
In sessions I create space to listen with attunement and empathy.
Relationship
How do you relate to yourself? What is your internal dialogue? Is there any judgement or fear? How do you relate to others? Can you always express your relational needs? Do you get satisfation from the depth of your connections?
A lot of us were hurt in our primary relationships (family of origin). The recent research evidences that healing takes place in a relationship with another person, such as a therapist.

Present Moment
What do you experience now? How are you feeling? Do you experience any discomfort? What are your desires?
As Erkhart Tolle says, we only live in this present moment. Anxiety about future or thoughts about past still exist in the present moment but we can have more choice what we do about them now.
Mind and body
As embodied beings, our thoughts and feelings are reflected in our bodies as sensations. Becoming aware of these sensations often holds a clue about our internal healing.
Creating safety in our bodies is an important step in healing trauma too as somatic experiencing is often outside the control of our minds.
